"Who's Driving Your Bus?"

John Goll, LMFT, was very informative in his Who's Driving Your Bus? seminar. There is a delicate balance within people and when interacting with people as well. The PowerPoint below illustrates which archetype is dominate in each of us and how it correlates back to us as a team. We discussed our diversity in our team description at the beginning of the race and this ties it together nicely.
